Y. Habari & Co. LLC offers specialized Litigation Services in Corporate and Commercial Law matters, Insolvency Law, Banking Law, Personal Injuries, Criminal Litigation, Human Rights Litigation, and Extradition Proceedings.  

As part of our Corporate and Commercial law Litigation experience we have acted on behalf of Banks in Debt Collection cases as well as more core Banking Law where we were retained to represent the bank. Additionally, we advise Employers and Employees on Employment law matters and we are regularly retained to appear before the Courts as Litigators to defend or prosecute and Employment law dispute. 

Additionally, we undertake serious criminal law cases involving Offences Against the Person, drug and human trafficking cases, international extradition cases and White Collar Financial Crime. 

As part of our Litigation services we are also regularly retained by foreign law firms to represent them and/or their Clients before the Cyprus courts. Most notably we were on the team of advocates retained by foreign law firms in the Helios tragedy where we brought legal proceedings on behalf of the families. 

Apart from our Court Litigation experience we are firm believers in Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) pursuant to which in certain cases we advise our Clients to exhaust the ADR procedure before taking on Court Litigation.
